OUR MOBILE BOTTLING SERVICES:

Crossflow Filtration

Peregrine's commitment to the highest quality and customized service is demonstrated through our selection of the PALL OENOFLOW XL-6S system. This system offers a single-step process to remove contaminants and ensure microbiological stability without the need for filter aids, centrifugation, or affecting the organoleptic properties of the wine, rendering the process environmentally friendly. We proudly present our mobile Crossflow Filtration services for the wine and cider industry.

Our Mobile Filtration Unit has been designed from a winemaker’s perspective focusing on:

  • Quality: Consistent long-term quality output performance and equipment reliability over time

  • Flexibility: The automation software offers option to operate our Oenoflow XL 6-S crossflow unit on all six or just one filtration module, therefore, small lot runs of just 1 barrel are possible

  • Minimized Product Losses: PALL’s automated concentration and final concentration cycles result in very low product losses. Per 6-8 hours of  product cycle the loss results in only 7-10 gallons

Our Professional Team provides cost-efficient, high-value results and strives for long-term relationships with our customers.
