Peregrine started the 2024/25 season with bottling a new product introduction for Frey Vineyards - a Carbonated Wine. Frey deliberately decided to go for a carbonated wine in the area above the excise tax level of CO2. They use their KH Tec Gas Management System to carbonize the wine at a temperature of 55 F (!) and Peregrine bottled and labeled it at the same time. The long-term relationship between Frey Vyds and Peregrine keeps growing!

Peregrine Mobile Bottling, LLC is bottling Castello di Amorosa's "La Fantasia" - an effervescent / frizante wine with a low alcohol content of 7.5%. The product is carbonated by a KH Tec inline Gas Management System and bottled on Peregrine's mobile bottling line using a Kosme counter-pressure filler with dual pre-evacuation and vortex filling.

Mobile Bottling with Inline Carbonation - Peregrine Mobile Bottling ran a Rose bottling with a K+H Process-Tech inline carbonation skid. We carbonized still wine coming from a non-pressurized tank on the way to the filler with 3 g/l or 3,000 ppm of CO2 at a temperature of 9 C or 48 F. Our Kosme/Krones counter-pressure filler allows us to fill carbonated products using pressure rated bottles and screw caps. The K+H gas management technology safely carbonizes at temperatures which avoids condensation. This allows a safe PS label application right after filling.
